Maria studied Business Administration in Caracas, Venezuela and has an honours degree in combined Business Studies & Marketing from London Metropolitan University, UK. She is a member of the Turnaround Management Association and the European Association of Certified Turnaround Professionals. Maria became a Certified Turnaround Professional in December 2014 and is an Associate member for the Institute for Turnaround.
A Fellow of the Institute of Paralegals and a registered Tier 4 practising Professional Paralegal, Maria is a specialist in Commercial, Company and Insolvency litigation with court experience.
